There are alot of herbs that sometimes help calm these menopausal symptoms. One is Valerian Root at bedtime and/or rest. This calms upset nerves and supports rest. I take it at bedtime. The other herb you can try is St. John's Wort 0.3% which nurtritionally supports feelings of well-being. It is recommended, however, that if you are under a physician's care or you are on other medications, you should consult your physician before using either of these or any supplements to make sure that there are no contraindications in taking them.
