Had sarcoid in 1957. Treated with sterotds to clear it out of my lungs. Lungs still have lesions, some breathing trouble and throat is also a problem but my biggest med problems were cacsed by the steroids. Bone & joint plus diabetes. My spine has detoriated. Good luck.
