My wife is 80 years old, last June, 2000 she was diagnosed with intersitial pulmonary fibrosis. At the time the Dr. could hear loud clicking in the lungs & put her on prednisone & allegra. He also told her the prognosis was that she could have one year to five years. In the meantime she has had several mini-strokes & been diagnosed with lesions on the left side of the brain. Also she has diabetis & angina. She is in terrific pain & is on strong pain medicine. Is there anyone out there who knows of any research or treatments that could help her. We have been married 54 years but I still do not want to give her up. Thank you & God bless you.
