The warning against red grapes puzzles me. I've been eating them regularly since they came into season, and without a gout attack. Maybe certain varieties of red grapes will bring on an attack? Anybody savvy about this? I firmly agree about meat. The last two attacks, 10 months ago and 5 months ago both followed a dinner of medium rare beef. I haven't had any in 5 months and haven't had an attack. I love cheeries and will continue to eat them. If they're helping, fine. If not, I love them anyway.
