I've suffered from RLS for years. Just recently I heard of something that has helped others. I tried it and it worked the first time. I was taking medication in order to sleep, now nothing. Try this: One tsp of Pectin(the kind used in making jelly) in a small glass of water or juice. Take this 2hrs. before bedtime. I have to take it every night but it beats taking drugs. It has really worked for me. I can now fall right to sleep. How could something so simple help? Maybe all the DOCTORS I went to can find out why.
