I just found out that I have a herniated disk between C6 and C7 by the MRI I had done. The doctor I went to see tends to think the severe pain I am having in my neck and shoulders along with the numbness I am having in my hands is due to carpal tunnel syndrome and not my disk at all......I am a bit confused on that diagnosis. I had a disk fusion done back in 1992 on C5 and C6 and am now experiencing the same symptoms as I was then. I do have carpal tunnelin my left wrist, but do you believe that would be causing all the pain in my neck and shoulders and the numbness in BOTH hands???? I need some help as to what to do. Can somebody suggest something?? Thanks!!
