I have suffered for years with RLS.My dr. never gave me anything that really helped, tryed all the things the others have suggested. But I finally found something that works for me. Buy a box of Pectin (the kind that is used for making jelly) in the supermarket. 2 to 3 hrs. before going to bed take a tsp of it and mix it in water or juice. I don't have to take aspirin to dull my hurting legs anymore. It's nice to go to bed and go right to sleep. I don't like taking drugs because I don't know what other side effects they will cause. Give this a try! I hope it works for all of you like it worked for me. Let me know if it does.
