since the age of 18 I have had some stomach pains, now in my late 30s, when I get an attack I have been known to pass out, I have come round in a cold sweat on the floor, my problem is linked to milk & milk products, also foods that contain dextrose seem to trigger an attack, I try to avoid thease products although I can most of the time tollerate very tiny ammounts which have been added to foods such as bread. I had an attack the other night, it may have been the batter or the yorkshire pudding but I had the stomach cramps, diorea, constipation, week knees, dizzy head, head pains & the next thing I awoke on the bathroom floor, still in pain. I have little faith in the uk health system and believe that a lot of the sick people in this country are kept sick with the mis diagnosis (doctors seem to have little time to listern to the your problem and dismiss you with a few pills) I suppose it has a lot to do with fundholding. anyway to cut to the chase, has anyone got any none drug tips to help me while I am having an attack? Thank you.
