I too recently had a colpsocopy with my abnormal cell growth being at level 2. I checked lots of sites about this and because of my poor confidence in our medical system and the hope I got from what I read I have opted to wait for treatment. There are cases where the abnormal growth goes away and there are many quotes of 30 to 50% going on to develop cervical cancer. I too would like the chance of another child. ( I read that treatment can damage your fertility) - so I will wait and in a years time I will redecide. I have however had correspondence from both my doctor and the colposcopy people for cancelling my appointment.
