Hi! Excellent book that has helped me out a lot is: "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome" by Charles Pellegrino. I have also found that cutting out all sugar and caffeine is extremely helpful (though a tad difficult...). Most recently, I got a juicer and have been drinking fresh fruit and vegetables juices 2-3 times a day. Also a tremendous help. My epstein-barr related fatigue also caused quite a bit of depression. It was essential for me to get the depression under control before I could begin to manage the ebv. Prozac has done wonders for my balance and my outlook. Feel free to email with me any questions. It's such a difficult illness to manage and many around you may not be aware how serious and debilitating it can be. I know, and I'd be happy to help however I can. Wishing you all the best of health, Kathy
