Yes I can help if you really want it. After 30 years of what you are going through I finally fixed it for good. A new dermatologist told me to give up all stimulants. This includes coffee, tea, chocolate, alcohol, and coke. This also includes scrubbing your face too hard which many people had inferred I didn't do, that it was dirt colgging my pores. Not so. I did follow directions, after taking every kind of medication offered. Then I read about another method of cleansing that you can do maybe once a week or so that finished the miracle. Clean your skin wwwith Cetaphile lotion. Use baaking soda to scrub with gently. Use a mud pack.(Some druggists sell a dry compound that you mix with water and a jar last for years.) Afteer letting it dry, clean with water and dab your face with peroxide, avoiding your hair and brows as they will bleach, Voila! In a few weeks it's a new you. I am now 81 years old and am constantly complimented on my beautiful complexion, When I figure how long I waited to get it I am relieved. And now I can eat or drink any of those things as long as don't overdo them. Good luck!
