Hello everyone, thank you for the latest up dates. As I said in one of my last messages I had to travel again on a couple of flights from NY to Scotland and of course within a few hours of landing the LBS was back. I went directly to my doctor (in Aberdeen, UK) and he prescribed 'Cinnarizine 15mg'. This really helped and did not seem to have the sleepy side effects if I took just one or half a tablet but did alleviate the dizziness and spaced out feeling that we all suffer from. I have read that most people seem to have a related ear infections that trigger LBS but I have never had an ear infection plus there is my strange association with air travel - I only get LBS when I fly and it lasts for good 4-6 weeks. I have been suffering from LBS for about 3 years now and as I do have to take regular flights it is worrying, plus I can totally appreciate the anxiety spoken of. Driving is essential but often terrifying. My experience is like most of you in that I find no one knows anything about LBS and also they have no explanation for prevention or cure. It is frustrating and again I reiterate that if anyone knows of a Support Group or official organisation that deals with this or any research I would be very glad to hear about it. Meantime, good luck to all. Paula J M Toth
