My grandmother has open sores/skin rash all over except her armpits, groin, and fingers. She has been tx for scabies, with alamine, solumedrol, and adirax (?),antibiotics, all with no results!! has had it for 8 weeks and even been on ativan. she is going crazy with the itching, and the 2 derm'gists she has seen has no idea what it is..she woke up this morning having pulled a long thin red stringlike thing from one of her sores...Parasite??? i dont know what else to do, please advise....thank you colleen
