Gail, A while back I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea - so I started with the mask. Could never get it to work. My son found a device on the Internet called CPAP/PRO. Their e-mail is :cpappro@att.net. Unlike the mask, this device works totally differently. If uses little pillows that fit against your nostrils - thus eliminating covering your face. Took one night to get used to it. And, I'm now sleeping for the first time in years.
