I had bells palsy in my face three years ago, it left me with severly dry eyes, my face has remained numb and twitches, i have been ot umpteen opthamol. here in st. louis, mo to no avail, mine water, i have upper and lower plugs???dont know if they have helped, i tape mine shut every night with ointment in and anitbiotic oint. use a vapoorizor every night, drink tons of water every day, no other diseases i know of, if you find anything for dry eyes e mail me please i tried hydro eye pills i found on the net they made my vision more blurry aftr three days did not work for me, i had them fed x immed. on finding them. good luck to you i have tried prayer and positive thinking has helped more than anything so far. makes you feel like your a hypo condriac, not finding anything to hlep
