I am a 30 year old female and have recently had a mild stroke with symptoms that included numbness of the face. My neurologist feels that this stroke was the result of a migraine which caused a constriction severe enough to cut off the oxygen supply to a part of the rear brain and thus causing a mild stroke. You need to see a neurologist and have a constrasting MRI or MRA to rule out other possibilities.
