My friend's newborn baby has been diagnosed provisionally to have Pena-Shokier Syndrome. The baby has has ptosis and smallish head. Weak and hoarse cry noted at birth. The baby is very quiet and he sleeps most of the time. The paediatricians are carrying out some investigations. Mum had polyhydramnios in mid-trimester and she had noted the absence of fetal movements on certain days. I would appreciate it very much if somebody coul share their experience with me as I have never seen this rare condition before. Thank you
