I am one of 6 children, 5 of us have Thalasemia. Youngest brother died from cancer at age 19. My health is declining, many chronic illinesses. Fibromyalgia, hypothyroidsim,allergies and chronic sinsuitis, borderline glaucoma, IBS, Reflux, 6 tumor surgeries, arthritis, chronic pain and fatigue. Last week after more test, found I have calcafied spots on my spleen and my right adrenal gland is enlarged and a large spot they think is a tumor. I am 52 years old and have battled one health problem after another. My HGB between 9 and 10. I think the anemia has affected my immune system and caused my chronic illiness.
