Ask your Dentist about using a Nite Tie. I'm not sure if that's how it's spelled. I will give you a number to my Dentist in Omaha, NE. What this piece does is sit on your front top teeth while you sleep and will help to retrain your jaw not to clench. It will keep your back teeth from touching so there fore you can't clench your teeth. You should find that after a few weeks you might not even need it anymore, but still use it for a good couple months. @ first it could tend to be uncomfortable, but once you learn how to sleep with it in you notice a difference. CAll DR.'s Bob and Sharlene Wilson D.D.S. 402-498-8804 and tell them that you are wondering about the nite tie and they will help guide you more and possibly where to look in your area or a number to call for Dentist that practice with it. It really does work. You just have to try to put up with the darn thing. GOOD LUCK!! Sharee Rose
