Ive had Meniers for approx ten years, my solution to dizziness and nausea, 4-6 grams of vitamin C and 1 tablet 500 miligrams of potassium, daily. you should start to feel relief within the hr. If Iam experiencing alot of head pressure, or vertigo, I up the amount of vitamin C hourly, usually by the next day the symptoms have abated and I go back to my regular amount. For me 4000 grams of vitamin C is the least I can take 6000 being the best, C is not toxic and will only cause a loose stool if you exceed your body's tolerance. Every person is different so you will have to find out what dosage is right for you. I have found that taking the potassium with the C is the most effective, why? Iam not quite sure. I also take calcium and magnesium with vitamin D, D helps your body to assimulate the cal/mag, more efficiently. B vitamins also help. Hope this will help someone else.
