IA few days ago I had a situation where the bottom half my right eye got blurry for a few minutes. I mentioned it to the doctor the next day who had me get an ultrasound of the arteries in my neck to make sure it wasnt a blockage. I was just told that the results showed "A mild thickening of the right artery". She suggests I see a neurologist to make sure there isnt anything going on. I am overweight and she indicated that could cause this and could be reversed with diet. I have good cholesteral though. Any ideas on what this could be and how life threatening it could be? She scared me because she mentioned the eye situation could have been mini strokes? My right eye has felt a little strange since this happend a few days ago. Like a slight pulling or a weakness or something. Also I have noticed this eye has been getting somewhat blurry over the past several months. I thought I needed glasses and went to an eye doc several months ago. Please give me some ideas because I know I will think of all the worst things that might happen before I can get in to the specialist. Oh by the way I am 47/female. Thanks soooo much
