I am having an awful time getting used to my hearing aids. I have had them since October. I finally got to the place that I could wear them all the time (almost) and now am having trouble speaking with the aids. It is a strain to talk and I feel impaired when I speak in a group of people, slightly less than alert. My hearing aid professional has lost patience with me. I have sunk $3000 and can't hear well without the aids. I have spoken to other professionals who don't understand what I am talking about. my physician has checked out my ears. Anyone else had this problem?
