My mother had Rheumatic Fever when she was a child. She has suffered for years with arthritis problems, circulation problems, flu like symptoms and has had heart problems in the past couple years. In the past few years, I have had "Lupus" symptoms (which could be rheumatoid arthritis). Is rheumatic fever or the backlashes hereditary? Any input would be helpful.
