Was wondering if anyone has heard of this condition or been diagnosed with. I have lupus and for over a yr. have been suffering from what was possibly mutiple sclerosis. Come to find out that MS and lupus cerebritis are extremely similar thus making it difficult to diagnose. As for now, MS was ruled out with a diagnosis of cerebritis, which is swelling of the vessels in the brain along with lesions. Not many alternatives for this condition other than massive maintanence doses of steroids, immunosuppressive drugs and immunoglobuin infusion therapy. This condition leaves you alot of the time feeling like you're having a stoke, very aggrevating to say the least. I am des- pirately hoping someone will see this and respond. There is almost nothing on this condition, can anyone please give me some info? Thanks for your time!
