Asthma isn’t considered incurable in Russia. There is a system of breathing exercises that we use to help asthmatics (and also people with heart trouble, arterial hypertension, allergies, etc). Most people who do them are able to stop using their medications. They stop having attacks and pretty much return to normal life.
