I understand you completely! I was diagnosed with FM over a year ago, and just today was also told I have bursitis with leg, hip and knee pain that has been keeping me up nights it's so bad. My husband doesn't understand any of it, and I try to "grin and bear it" in front of my 12 year-old. It's difficult, but some days are much better than others. I try to keep busy in spite of the pain and fatigue. Drugs help some, but don't always ease all of the pain. I find it also helps to be in touch with others who are in the same boat (sinking! Joke! HA!), and then I don't feel so alone. Did your Dr. give you meds? Mine wanted me to take Celebrex (which has been sitting in my cupboard for over a year), but I'm trying to postpone going there. Others are fine on it, though. I've been sticking it out with Motrin and acetamenophen, but now the doc has me on Arthrotec and also Atasol-15. Have to try to get some sleep now. Hope you're o.k.
