Hi elizabeth, i to have fybromyalgia i was dyagnosed six years ago, i also have all the symptoms ever recorded in connection with this debilatating illness.I also can associate with you how friends and family do not grasp how bad this illness makes you at times. But i know how much pain i endure and i can sypathise with you. i am in scotland and although there are some support groups in scotland there are none in my area. i have tried pian management and medication as well as other things and nothing helps.I am more fortunate than you my family are all grown up now with families of there own.I sometimes feel no one believes what i am going through. But my way of handeling it is i say to myself i will not let this beat me there is always someone worse off than me, i look at all the people who can not do anything for themselves, i look at all the people who are handicapped in one form or another and i thank god because although i have all these terrible painful symptoms i can still speak hear see walk and do things for myself.Have faith my friend.
