Betty Lou Calhoun
I definitely can relate with how hard it is to get up in the morning. I was getting up and going for a walk in the mornings at 7:30am and then coming home and sleeping off and on all day. My legs hurt so bad I could hardly stand it. I quit going to walk and started staying in bed until 10:00 or 11:00am and I feel a lot better. I am so stiff when I first get up that I can hardly walk. I take Ultram and Neurontin for pain. I have been diagnosed with depression and bipolar so I take Effexor and other antidepressants. It all goes together. You asked for a reply and I hope this helps you
