I am 52 and a breast cancer survivor of almost 5 years. Immediately upon starting radiation treatments I started into menopause. Since I cannot take any type of hormones--I suffer with the hot flashes. I break out into a sweat and have incredible thurst...any helpful suggestions? Please do not suggest "natural" hormones--my doctors say absolutely not.
