I am a 33 year old male who had Epydidymitis, intense swelling, chronic UTI and 5 operations 19 years ago. I also had a Bi-lateral seminal vein ligation to try to conceive 5 years ago. Now I've had a Hydrocele for about 3 years that is about the size of a softball. I sought the original Urologist from 19 years back and in the past 2 months I've been on Tequin, diagnosed with Hematuria, told I have a prostate the size of a 65 year old man which has caused the bladder to elevate about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and had a testicular ultrasound, which was negative for tumors. After two months, I've been told to stop the medication and go on with life... "I'll have good days and bad days". My problem is that the swelling is still there, I have testicular pain, a dwindling sex drive and have read that surgery at an older age is risky. Any help or advice that you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, Vinnie Sanchez
