My daughter is almost 8 years old in two weeks. I took her to see her doctor (peds) and expressed my concern to him in September,2000 about pubic hair and body odor. He did a blood test and said she was at normal levels for her horomones and wanted to see her in 6 months. She has a physical next week. Should I take her to a specialist? She is also overweight about 20 pounds. I would appreciate any information anyone could give me. Thank you.
