I have been having headaches for over three years. I get occasional migraines but my real problem is continuing chronic headaches. The last five to seven days before i have any relief. And then I am free at best for a day. They mainly are across the front of the head to each temple. Some times like a band crushing my head. I have taken a multitude of medications, tried chiropractors, massage acupuncture, homeopathic doctors, neurologists all with no results. I am bed ridden for days I scale my headaches from 0 to 10. I usually manage to function up to a 4, but all to often my headache is a 6 to 10. I don't know where to go, who to see any more or what to try next. I need help and don't know where to turn to get it.
