Charles: I have the same problem... I am sure it is just canker sores in my case, but they do not go away for me, I am always stressed out that is why! But if you have thrush you will have a white almost milky film over your tongue, that will wipe off... You can use gentian violet for that, you can get it at the pharmacy or health food store.You just swab it over your tongue, "it will stain" the thrush will leave though, do not swallow it.. If you don't get better go to the DOCTOR Man!
