What is keratosis pilaris? My son is 19 months and has just started to develop this skin rash. Within the last two weeks it has gone from a few bumps on his right knee to all over his body, even in his genital area. At first the doctor said it was eczema and now he says it's Keratosis Pilaris. Please explain to me what this is as I am not finding much information about it. Also I was told to just put Eucerin on it 2 or 3 times a day. Thanks.
