i recently had a lumbar puncture with a pressure reading of 19 what does this mean? My optic nerve head has a lot of pressure behind it causing me to have decreased vision in my left eye, it is now causing me decreased vision in my right eye as well. I have had several MRI's and CT scan with negative results, the last test conducted was a lumbar puncture. I have not received reults from this test and I understand that 19 is a high reading? Can anyone help?
