After years of back and hip pain, I was finally diagnosed with spinal stenosis as a result of osteoarthritis. I'm very stiff and can hardly manage to put my shoes and socks on. I suffer from severe leg cramps. My right leg aches constantly, and the veins in that leg and foot are prominent, with swelling just in front of the right ankle bone. Are these symptoms caused by the stenosis? Celebrex did seem to help it, but I'm allergic to it (rash.) Now I'm taking only aspirin. Anyone else have similar symptoms from spinal stenosis? Is there any treatment found to be helpful?
