A male 49 y/o with CC of repetitive vomiting and FUO, plus severe abdominal pain, was referred to a surgeon. After surveys, he haw undergone a laparatomy and cancer of the head of pancreas was detected and then removed. In biopsy, the pathology report was as follow: Chronic Cholecystitis + Small intestine papillary adenocarcinoma with invagination to pancreas. After this operation, his symptoms was not releived and he gradually became thiner and cachectic and obstipation, vomiting and malaise took over him. U/S, MRI, GI specialist visits and ... were done plus 7 times of chemotherapy. Gastric output obstruction was detected. Then he was operated again to releive the obstructin, but it failed and a Folley catheter was inserted in Jujenom for feeding. Now he is very cachectic and in major depression state. Can anybody help him. Any center in the world which can help him, we are ready to send the patient there, the cost matters nothing, only the result.
