i have undiagnosed rashes only on arms and chest. These rashes are extremely itchy and raised. The texture of the skin is thick and dry. There are also pea sized hard lumps that appear and then disappear. My hands are also dry, itchy and cracked. I have been diagnosed with dry skin syndrome; allergies, psoriasis, eczema, etc. and have been given cortisone creams and cortisone drugs. These drugs and creams work for a short period of time but the rash always returns. To me this seems more like a systemic malady than a topical one. I need someone to give me some direction in diagnosing and treatment of this condition.
