Hi, I too have hypothyroidism. I have done a lot of research and have found that a lot of things, such as the diabetes are autoimmune diseases and are actually related to one another. The extreme fatigue is a classic symptom and could also be from an iron dificiency or anemia also common in hypothyriodism. I would recommend you seeing someone who specializes in this field, such as an endocrinologist, or even better, a thyroidologist. Your diet can also play an important role in the way that you feel, so check into that as well, I am on a low carb diet and feel so much better and have lost some of the weight too, but the best thing is that I'm not tired anymore. You may be insulin resistant and that may have lead to your diabetes. I am only 22, so I have a long road ahead, I am just so glad that I am fortunate enough to have more information available than prior generations. Hope this helps, good luck.
