I occasionally feel something is in my back sort of numb left of the T6 to T8 area (appx. nipple level) that sometimes ends with a slight burning sensation and dizziness (also slight). I never feel any pain, but it does feel kind of weird when it happens. My doctor could not find anything wrong even with many diagnostic procedures. Is it possible that a muscle spasm can press against a blood vessel (like the aorta) and cause the slight dizziness or could it be something else?
