My B12 level has been tested twice and both times it has come back at around 200. My doctor says that this is the low edge of normal so I am now waiting for the results of an intrinsic factor test. My symptons are fatigue, headache, pain and stiffness in my neck, occasionally some tingling from my shoulders down to the tips of my fingers...really wierd sensation. I also have fibromyalgia so I thought all my symptoms were caused by that syndrome. Should I be scared and very worried about a diagnosis of PA. It seems like you all have done well after getting your b-12 injections regulated. It doesn't sound like my dr will give me b-12 unless my test comes back that I have no intrinsic factor. Should he give me b12 regardless just because my b12 level is low?
