Has anyone ever heard of Crohn's causing feet to turn dark purple or black. Relative has extreme pain in feet and legs, when standing one foot and toes almost turn black, yet when resting returns almost to normal color. Is being checked by a blood specialist, and is very anemic, but one nurse mentioned that Crohn's could cause such a symptom. They won't give a transfusion which is needed because they don't know what is causing this. Any information that might help would be greatly appreciated.
