I am 28 F, pain on left side of chest, pain in right arm. The sideache is somewhat constant. And I also have BAD dizziness to the point of almost falling over always to the left. If anyone can offer some genuine advice, please respond asap. I have had eeg, mri, and blood work...the closest thing to a diagnosis was, sinusitus. After being treated, syptoms never alleviated. Been having these for 4 months, but the dizzy spells, night sweats, headaches have been for two years. Mostly all coming from the back of my head...in the neck. Please...
