This sounds all too familar. My grandfather had symptoms of anemia, but then he had sudden pain in is back and neck. Doctors thought he had a blockage, then they thought he had cancer. Come to find out he had a spider vein in his leg burst and it was bleeding internally. Maybe that or something like that is happening with you. Please get it checked out.
