Yes, you have headaches with sinus infection. I have sinus infection almost constantly now, in spite of surgeries. It is very difficult to live normally. I have had 4 sinus surgeries, 2 in the last six months. I get the infection back right after the surgery. Antibiotics do not work any more. I am sick much of the time. It is impossible to hold a job this way. Rinsing my nose does help. See my message at "eustachion tube blockage".
