Hope everything went well for you. My little 4 year old grandson is going for a pr op the 19th and then they will schedule the surgery. Could you tell me what to expect. His mother and father are divorced and the mother doesn't seem to want us (father's side of the family) to know anything. Would they likely schedule the surgery for the day after the pre-op? Do they do it as an outpatient type surgery and how will he feel after coming out to anesthetic? My instinct is to be there with Balloons and jello. But will that be of any comfort. I just simply adore this child and couldn't bear it if was in pain. Let me know how your child is doing . Are you glad she had the surgery?
