My 4 year old has developed, literally overnight, strange red bumps all over his body. They started 48 hours ago, just on the backs of his legs, and now cover his entire body, but not his face. They remind me a little of chicken pox, but he has no fever and no other symptoms other than hay fever for the past few months. Doctor had no answers, said maybe it was poison ivy, but they aren't itching and we haven't caught it from him. Any ideas, anyone???
