martha- i have irregular heartbeats--i thought due to menopause symptoms, drs have checked me out and cannot explain it. it is very frustrating and yes, i have gone the vitamin and herb route, right now i am on anxiety medicine along with prempro which seems to help, however, i do not like having to be on this all the time. this is a symptom you have no control over--i know there are arrthymia medicines i could be on but the drs want to keep me off of them as a last resort.
