My husband has suffered for months with sleep apnea. He was in a state of severe depression and not sleeping very well at night and also having excruciating "cluster" headaches. I finally made him an appointment with a neurologist and they have done two sleep studies, both of which have pegged severe sleep apnea. He has complained of having no energy and is a real estate broker. This has effected his job and income as well. We have since found out that he could possibly file disability for this diagnosis and want to know how we would go about doing this. He is self-employed as a real estate broker. Any help or direction that you can steer us would be greatly appreciated.
