Hi. My 26 year old daughter was dianosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome in September 2000. It started with her feet throbbing, then her fingers throbbed and then she developed a Bell's palsy-like droop. The facial droop and finger throbbing has abated, but her toes and soles of her feet throb continuously, sometmes easing up and the next day throbbing. She is lucky she hasn't gotten worse symptoms, but she would like to know how long this will last. It is very debilitating and she is now working only part time. She also tends to cry a lot (is this from the Neurontin and Vicodin she is on) or depression. We are worried about her but we know there will be an end to it all, but when????
